Refund policy
Forever Pretty Boutique has a no refund policy.
Final Sale
All items such as bodysuits (and sets that include bodysuits), bralettes, accessories, preorders, and 'on sale items' are considered final sale and cannot be returned, credited or exchanged.
Damages and issues
All orders are picked, packed & sent with love. Unfortunately, things get tossed around during delivery, and may get damaged. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Forever Pretty Boutique accepts size exchanges (final sale items excluded) within 7 business days from your original purchase unless the item is sold out. In that case, you will receive a store credit. All items must be UNWORN, UNUSED, UNWASHED & in its original condition with tags attached. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to enter the correct address. Please notify us as soon as possible if you entered the incorrect address. Forever Pretty is not responsible for lost packages & undeliverable addresses. In this case we will not offer a refund or store credit.
Refunds
Unfortunately, we do not offer cash/card refunds. Have a problem with your order? Feel free to contact us for an exchange* or store credit.
Preorders
Items marked as preorder ships 2 weeks after your order is processed. If you have a mixed cart (in stock & preorder items), all in stock items will ship first & separately. Preorder items are final sale. All hair and wigs are considered preorders.
