Shipping policy

 

  • Forever Pretty Boutique & Her Saditty Hair does not process orders after 8pm EST, and will be processed on the next business day. If that day falls on a public holiday, i.e. Thanksgiving (Thursday), it will start processing on the very next business day, i.e. Friday, unless stated otherwise. Saturdays & Sundays are NOT business days.

  • Instant Ship wigs ship/deliver within 72 hours of the order being placed before 8pm during regular business hours. E.g. To receive your wig by Thursday, orders must be placed by 8pm on Monday. 

  • If an order is placed after 8PM EST, that is considered after business hours, and will start to process on the next business day.  We generally have a 1-2 business day processing time, and orders usually ship by the 3rd business day from the order being placed.

  • Processing times are dependent on current events and order volume.

  • Delivery times are based solely on your local postal service, and can take longer based on world events, pandemics, weather, etc. 

  • Tracking is available via USPS. 

  • Forever Pretty Boutique and Her Saditty Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once scanned "delivered", you will have to file a claim with your local post office.  We can assist with this process.

  • We offer standard and express shipping options. 

  • Standard: 3-4 Business Days - $10.99
  • Free Standard on orders over $125: 3-4 Business Days
  • Express: 1-2 Business Days- $25.99
  • LOCAL PICKUP - FREE

  • Orders paid with Klarna, Afterpay or Shop Pay Financing require an additional 2-3 business days to process on top of our regular processing times.

Preorders

Items marked as preorder ships 2 weeks after your order is processed. If you have a mixed cart (in stock & preorder items), all in stock items will ship first & separately. Preorder items are final sale. All hair and wigs are considered preorder. 


All names, shipping, and billing addresses must match before any order is processed.  Any orders that are flagged will automatically be cancelled and refunded.
